MyStops
Conceived and built alongside Sinan and Sari Maani, MyStops is a simple, elegant application that allows frequent transit users instant access to their most frequently used transit schedules.
Originally launched solely with support for ETS in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, MyStops has since expanded to include 25 cities across North America, including San Fransisco, Los Angeles and Boston.
NYC Prep Facebook App
Developed alongside Transpond and JumpFox, the NYC Prep Facebook application was a great success for Bravo TV. Over 20,000 users added the promotional application within hours of the show's premier, and later proved to be an excellent marketing tool in keeping the fans engaged and interested in the show.
Nexopia
Over my 4 month period at Nexopia, I was responsible for creating, managing and engineering many new features for Canada's largest social networking site. Brainstorming and crafting new features was essential, alongside efficient, team-based development.
MobileYardage GPS
In a market previously dominated by $400+ hardware devices and $35+ iPhone applications, MobileYardage GPS brings mobile GPS-supported yardage guides to the iPhone at a much more reasonable price.
With a course database of over 12,000 courses, MobileYardage GPS provides golfers around the world with accurate yardage data.
Battery Life
Yes or No
A project that started as a simple demonstration of the virility of Facebook applications, Yes or No enabled users to vote for their friends across various topics.
Yes or No had obtained 1.2 million users within the first 3 days of launch, and was within the top 0.05% of Facebook applications in terms of active users.
Serving up over 12 million hits a day required the management of a UNIX cluster with heavy optimization wherever possible.

GPS X provides users with a simple, easy-to-use display of their current GPS coordinations. In addition, the user's coordinates are sent to a central tracking server regularly, allowing them to login and review all previously travelled routes.
MyUAlberta
Utilizing heavily customized open-source software, MyUAlberta aimed to replace the existing University of Alberta webmail with more a more up-to-date, user-friendly solution.
Unfortunately, the University refuses to implement this solution, and it remains strictly as a concept of what could have been.
Southgate Centre Contest
The contest proved a great success as over 9,000 entries were received within the 5-day duration of the contest.
I was responsible for the design as well as the implementation of the interactive contest form. Heavy use of jQuery transitions and animations resulted in a final product that felt more like a kiosk application than a mere webpage.
